For many researchers, obtaining external funds to develop innovative projects is a challenging task.
Innosuisse , the Innovation agency of the Swiss Confederation offers the possibility to obtain funds without a partner.

Is my research advanced enough to obtain such a funding? Does such grant also support feasibility studies and prototypes development ? How should I elaborate the commercialization strategy of the project, including its intellectual property and/or a business plan ?

An Innosuisse expert, together with representatives of the Science Innovation Hub, the Translational Accelerator Faculty of Medicine and the UNIGE-HUG Technology Transfer Office Unitec, provide an overview of this funding opportunity.

Specific examples presented by researchers who obtained such funding followed by Q/A complete this UNIGE webinar.
